Our Valentine’s Day Uncork the Crime Murder Mystery Dinner was one for the books!

Guests stepped into an evening of mystery, laughter, and suspense as they worked together to solve the crime—while enjoying wine, great food, and some truly impressive detective skills. From dramatic accusations to unexpected plot twists, it was so much fun watching everyone fully embrace their roles for the night.

We’re also preparing for one of our most interactive tasting experiences yet…

Our brand-new Passport to Pairings Event happening March 15th.

Guests will travel through multiple pairing stations throughout the winery, sampling thoughtfully selected wine combinations alongside small bites designed to enhance each pour.

Think:

• Rich dark chocolate paired with bold reds

• Fresh bread with melted butter and wine

• Artisan cheeses

• Flavor-enhancing tasting experiences

• Exclusive VIP-only pairings

VIP guests will even receive access to a specialty pairing experience served on a Himalayan pink salt plate—designed to naturally enhance flavor in a way you have to taste to believe.

Each guest will receive their own “passport” to guide them through the experience as they explore new flavor combinations and discover how the right pairing can completely transform the tasting notes of a wine.
