WaterTower Estates now has four rental locations,
perfect to fit your event needs!
The Red Barn: Built in 1921 with the original horse stalls are all still intact. It has a beautiful concrete floor stamped with a covered bridge stamp made right here in Indiana. The barn can accommodate 70 guests, has a private bar, three stalls, and two bathrooms.
The Eagle's Nest: Located in the upstairs of the winery, the Eagle's Nest can seat 30 guests in family-style seating. It has a private bathroom, full kitchen, and two-room spaces.
The Sunporch: Surrounded by windows, this quaint room off the side of the main winery seats 16 guests. Perfectly private while still being able to access the rest of the winery.
Downtown: Looking for a place more centrally located for your event? Our Downtown location is perfect! Located at 13th & Wabash, it can accommodate around 40 guests. The Downtown location closes to the public for your event. Complete with restaurant-style seating, a bar, multiple photo-ops, games, and more!
